One of the Great Minds
Nikola Tesla was one of the leading figures that brought electricity and many other great inventions to the general public in the late eighteen-hundreds and the early to mid nineteen-hundreds. He was a brilliant scientist who worked mostly in the fields of radio frequencies, electricity, and electrical and magnetic fields. I strongly believe that this and the following posts over this great man will help give a greater understanding of him and his amazing inventions that have been a benefit to this world, and can be found in nearly every household. He was born in what was then the Austrian Empire, and then later came to the United States to become a naturalized citizen. One of his many great inventions includes the alternating current electric power system, which has since been applied in a great many machines to help bring about the second industrial revolution. Also, since his contributions to the scientific community have been recognized, there has been a unit of measurement for magnetic fields named in his honor, the tesla. I think this man had many interesting theories and ideas on the world and it's workings with his grasp of the scientific side of the universe.
